EliteRooms.com uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstance. The hotel information and pictures provided on this website have been provided to EliteRooms.com by supplier(s) dealing directly with the hotels Conditions of website usage, the customer must warrant that;

• You are aged 18 years or older.
• You have the legal authority to create a binding agreement.
• You will only make genuine bookings for you or for another person who you are legally authorised to act for.
• If you have an EliteRooms.com account you will safeguard your account information, supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you.
• We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

Prohibited Activities, the user shall not;

• Make any false, or fraudulent reservations.
• Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
• Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website;
  Use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose;
• Take any action that will or potentially put pressure on our site infrastructure
• Deep-link to any portion of this Website for any purpose without our express written permission
• Utilise parts of the site infrastructure into any other website without our prior written authorization.

RESERVATIONS

Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, EliteRooms.com will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.On receipt of confirmation and voucher it is imperative that you check and confirm all reservation details. Please see Changes Section.  The voucher must be presented to the hotel as this confirms proof of booking.  In certain situations taxes and local charges may be shown separately to the cost of the room nights. This is at the discretion of the property provider. In certain instances the tax may not be shown. Users should check the payment policies section on the booking form page for exact details.

RESERVATION TYPES

Prepaid Reservation – Paid online at the time of booking
You agree that your credit card will be charged for the full cost of your reservation upon submitting your reservation request. The cost of your reservation is the total of the room(s), plus an additional amount for the tax recovery charges.

The tax recovery charge is assessed to recover the amount we pay to the hotel in connection with your reservation for sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added and other similar taxes etc. We are not the vendor collecting and remitting said tax to the applicable tax authorities. The vendors bill all applicable taxes to us and we remit such tax directly to the vendor. We are not a co-vendor associated with the vendor with whom we book or reserve our customer\'s travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. Our actual tax cost paid to the vendor may vary from the tax recovery charge, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel, automobile, etc. by our customer.

Pay on Arrival – Payment is secured by the hotel upon your arrival

The total room charges plus tax and incidentals are secured by the hotel upon your arrival, and charged by the hotel upon your departure.  Some hotels may charge a deposit in advance of your arrival.

Taxes

The information on taxes is provided by the individual hotel and will be stated on the booking confirmation page.  EliteRooms.com does not charge any fees

Booking Fee

In order to guarantee your room your reservation requires a non-refundable fee of $5.00 (USD) or your local currency equivalant at time of reservation. This amount will appear on your credit card statement under Hotel Accommodations, Phoenix, AZ

Confirmation of bookings

Once a booking is successful an on screen confirmation will appear followed by an email confirmation to the nominated email address. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the email address is valid. On each confirmation there are contact details for the specific hotel.  If required a client can contact the hotel directly and quoting the guest name and the confirmation number confirm the booking.  Please allow adequate time for the hotel to update its system following the processing of a confirmed booking

Qualifying member rates

Qualifying member rates enable members of organisations (ie AAA, RAC etc) to book certain hotels using EliteRooms.com. Where applicable the hotel may request evidence of membership at check in.  Where in doubt please contact us using the contact page and we will revert to you as soon as possible.

Currency

EliteRooms.com display hotel rates in the currency provided by the hotel (usually hotels local currency). In order to provide our clients with comparable information we also supply the equivalent in the clients local currency (ie for UK users the rate will also be shown in GBP) The hotel charge is levied by the hotel in the local currency. In most cases this occurs at the hotel on check in/ check out   You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay as specified on the reservation order form.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations; purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

The hotel information, star ratings and quality of accommodation are compiled from information provided by the hotels. We publish such information in good faith, based on the information provided. We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of all areas of the website, including all hotel information, are accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, omissions or misleading information contained therein. You should always check the provided information before acting on the basis of the supplied information. Any booking placed/made by you, whether through the Company\'s website or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to purchase the relevant hotel or other holiday arrangement are subject to these booking conditions. If the payment method is declined, EliteRooms.com will endevour to make contact with the customer using the contact details provided by them. If the company are unable to make contact the booking will be cancelled or if payment is outstanding for any other unrelated reservations made by the same customer. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. By submitting a booking you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with those arrangements.

Cancellations

EliteRooms.com reserves the right to cancel any booking. If EliteRooms.com decides that there is an issue with your booking, EliteRooms.com will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the email address and phone number provided by you during the booking process. Cancellations by you, the customer, must be done through our online form, quoting your EliteRoms.com booking reference confirmation number ( e.g. XXX ), this form is available on the My Account Page. Clients who leave their accommodation before the duration of their stay are NOT entitled to any refunds as this is classed as a cancellation. Please be aware of this before leaving accommodation for whatever reasons.

Amendments

Amendments of bookings can be made in line with the policies applicable to the particular booking. EliteRooms.com do not charge any additional fees.

Email

Email in relation to this booking and/or any future correspondance and any attachments sent by employees and officers of EliteRooms.com is believed to be free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse, and/or malicious code when sent. Each electronic mail message and its attachments could have been infected during transmission. By reading any message received by EliteRooms.com and opening any attachments, the recipient accepts full responsibility for taking protective and remedial action about viruses and other defects. The sender is not liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from the message or its attachments.

Remarks / Requests:

Please note client requests are not guaranteed and are purely at the discretion of the Hotel check in staff. EliteRooms.com is in no way responsible for requests that have not been honored by the Hotel.The rooms of non-arrivals are usually automatically released the following morning. Please contact the hotel directly if the room should be held. Any cancellations or amendments must be made through EliteRooms.com and not with the hotel or this may affect any refund due to you. EliteRooms.com is within its rights to implement Force Majeure, therefore is not liable for circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control, including natural disasters, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, sanitary disruption, civil unrest, restrictions by local authorities.In the unlikely event that the hotel cannot provide the booked accommodation, you (our client) accept that it is the hotels responsibility to find an alternative of at least a similar standard and to provide transportation as appropriate to the alternative hotel. EliteRooms.com takes every precaution to ensure hotels are professionally managed so that any such occurrence is rare. EliteRooms.com shall have no liability in respect of any costs, losses or damages existing out of or in connection with a relocation of accommodation, since such relocation is outside EliteRooms.com control.

Customer Complaints

If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of their hotel, this MUST be brought to the attention of the hotel management immediately and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation from the outset. If the hotel cannot resolve matters to the customer\'s satisfaction EliteRooms.com must also be contacted at the earliest opportunity. During a dispute with a Hotel clients who leave their accommodation before the duration of their stay are not guaranteed any refunds and any subsequent new bookings direct with other hotels, is at the clients expense. Please beware of this before leaving accommodation for whatever reasons.If having taken the above action the customer is still dissatisfied, complaints MUST be received in writing accompanied by any relevant documentation. All written complaints MUST be received within 30 days of the end of your stay in the hotel otherwise EliteRooms.com cannot investigate your complaint.Complaint Investigations will be resolved as soon as possible
