The Americas Paradise Wellness Park and Lodge is nestled on 400 acres mountain top standing up next to the Majestic Arenal Volcano at only 4 kms South - but safely enough outside the National Emergency Committee declared danger zone. The Lodge and Gardens lays over a Plateau at 950 Meters above La Fortuna Town - the Arenal and San Carlos Valleys below. Its altitud is only comparable to Arenal Volcano - allowing unmatched views of Arenal Volcano - the Scenic rolling hills below - the exhuberant valleys - the Lush Tropical Forests and Mountains - the surrounding towns that sparkle at night - and the prevailing refreshing breezes. With an average daytime high temperature of 78 F in the lodge and nighttime lows averaging 69 F you are invited to enjoy countless memorable moments at the Lodge - at the Park - at the Gardens - at the Waterfall 300 mts down the road - at The Jacuzzi and at the Property Look Out Spots - admiring and taking breathtaking pictures of the Mountains and the San Carlos Valley. A favorite attraction of Our Lodge and Park is the viewing of Lava Flow of the Arenal Volcano and its night glowing. The lodge owns and operates the private Arenal Nature Conservancy Park and Gardens - which is visited by people from all over the world. The park has Hiking Trails to access the Cerro Chato Volcano Lagoon and Crater. The property is currently reforesting thousands of native trees - enhancing wildlife habitats - havens and natural sanctuaries. The Park provides an oasis of lush gardens - plenty of trails - birds and wildlife. The Arenal National Park and its Rainforest borders our property. The Lodge will feature 2 luxury homes with 2 luxury suites and 2 luxury junior suites. Within the park we have a small lodge - named Paradise Mountain Lodge - with 10 rooms. Across the street from the property we have the most visited waterfall in Costa Rica - La Fortuna Waterfall. Plans are underway and soon under construction swimming pools - a large Restaurant - a travel.
