








How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
Once a booking is successful an on screen confirmation will appear followed by an email confirmation to the nominated email address. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the email address is valid. You may also receive a secondary confirmation number, directly from your accommodation provider to further validate your booking. On each confirmation there are contact details for the specific hotel. If required a client can contact the hotel directly and quoting the guest name and the confirmation number confirm the booking. Please allow adequate time for the hotel to update its system following the processing of a confirmed booking.
What rate is displayed on the search results page?
The rate displayed is usually the rate for the first night. In certain cases this rate may be the average rate for the entire stay. EliteRooms.com operates a low rate guarantee.
What are qualifying member rates?
Qualifying member rates enable members of organisations (ie AAA, RAC etc) to book certain hotels using EliteRooms.com. Where applicable the hotel may request evidence of membership at check in. Where in doubt please contact us using the contact page and we will revert to you as soon as possible.
What currency will I be charged in?
EliteRooms.com displays hotel rates in the currency provided by the hotel (usually hotels local currency). In order to provide our clients with comparable information we also supply the equivalent in the clients local currency (ie for UK users the rate will also be shown in GBP). The hotel charge is levied by the hotel in the local currency. In most cases this occurs at the hotel on check in/ check out.
How can I be sure my credit card information is secure?
We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption turns any information into digital code which is nearly impossible to be deciphered by a third party. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. SSL provides assurance that you are booking your accommodation directly with us and that the information you are sending can not be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than the intended recipient.
Can I book a room for tonight?
This varies between accommodation providers if the hotel does not allow same day bookings our website will not allow you to select this day as an option. However should you wish us to check this for you with the hotel, please use our customer services number and we are happy to assist you.
Can I make the reservation by phone?

Is there a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.
Will I get a free breakfast?
Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.
What about parking at the hotel?
Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information pages for information on parking.
How do I get driving directions to the hotel?
Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: \"directions to hotel\", enter your address and click \"submit\". You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements to book a room?
Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements for this and other hotel amenities on the hotel\'s property information pages.
What is your low rate guarantee?
All hotel reservations are guaranteed to be the lowest rate available, at the time of booking, for the dates requested and the same hotel. If you find a lower rate for the same dynamics the process is simple: Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours of making the booking with us. We will either refund the difference or cancel the reservation without penalty. * This guarantee may not apply to special events or third party bookings. A refund may only be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation.
How accurate is your hotel amenities information?
The hotel information is updated by the hotel or hotel chain frequently. Additionally, we strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. If you have specific requirements we recommend you contact the hotel to validate the amenity or service(s).
What are the \"Elite Deals\"?
We work closely with providers to deliver the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet, anywhere in the world. In most cases, Elite Deals are significantly lower than other online hotel booking websites. Elite Deals are always displayed first for any city hotel search.
What are additional fees and taxes?
Taxes are specific to the City, State or Country in which the accommodation is located. Additional fees may be employed by your accommodation provider this will be specified when booking. It will be specified if the charges are non-refundable; some accommodation providers use this in order to provide you with their lowest rates.
What is a credit card service charge?
Charges are applied by banks to process booking made via credit card, some accommodation providers may use a credit card service charge to recover this, but most do not.
Do you include taxes in the total rate?
Generally yes, we do provide rates and breakdown the taxes for your convenience; however, occasionally a hotel will not provide us with their tax information and therefore we are unable to show that information. If you find a hotel that doesn\'t provide tax rate information, please call us and we\'ll find out the tax information for you.
Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room?
This is specific to the accommodation provider. Some of our providers require just a room night deposit to hold your room while others require pre-payment at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Typically those requiring pre-payment are offering significantly reduced rates.
What if I have questions about a previous reservation?
Please refer to your confirmation and or go to the website and complete a Customer Service Request. Include your previous reservation information along with your questions. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours to answer your questions.
May I make reservations for someone else?
You may make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that person\'s name and information as the guest. You may have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card.
How do I cancel/modify my reservation?
Please fill out a cancel/modify my reservation form include your reservation information along with your questions. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours. Please check the confirmation and the accommodation provider’s cancellation policy regarding refunds of reservations and/or deposit amounts. All policies are strictly followed due contractual

Do you charge a booking fee?
In order to guarantee your room your reservation requires a non-refundable fee of $5.00 (USD) or your local currency equivalant at time of reservation. This amount will appear on your credit card statement under Hotel Accommodations, Phoenix, AZ
